MEET DOCTOR MCQUILLAN

Michael H. McQuillan, O.D. F.C.O.V.D.
Optometrist, Fellow, College of Optometrists in Vision Development

Dr. McQuillan studied at the University of California, Riverside, Southern California College of Optometry, graduating with highest honors and State University of New York, Residency in Vision Training

Dr. McQuillan has given several lectures on Infant Vision and Vision Development. He has also had articles published in the American Journal of Physiological Optics and Optometric Management.

Dr. McQuillan has participated and served on many committees for Optometry and in the community. He received the Camarillo Health Care District's Apple of Excellence Award in 1999. He continues to participate in and support various non-profit organizations to better our community.

Dr. McQuillan has a wonderful wife, Vondea, and a son, Chris

Dr. McQuillan is fluent in both English and Spanish.

He has interned at Pacific State Hospital, Pomona, CA, Gateway School for the Learning Disabled, New York, NY, St. Joseph's School for the Deaf, New York, NY

Dr. McQuillan was employed by University of California, Riverside, Kaiser Permanente and then went into private practice.

He has been in private practice for over 20 years.

Dr. McQuillan is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, California Optometric Association, Tri-County Optometric Society, College of Optometrists in Vision Development, Christian Medical and Dental Association, Rotary International and the Ventura Nazarene Church.
